The application owner does not have access to your calls, transcripts, or generated content.
1. Data Collection and Use
1.1 Information Processed Locally
The following types of data are collected and processed entirely on your local device and are not transmitted to us:Audio/Video Recordings: Raw audio data from your meetings.
Transcripts: Text generated from the audio recordings.
Generated Content: Drafts and final versions of LinkedIn posts created by the AI.
Meeting Metadata: Information such as meeting title, date, time, and participants, accessed from your calendar.
1.2 Information NOT Collected
The application does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) to the application owner or any third party.
2. Calendar Access via OAuth
2.1 Purpose of Access
meetings2content requests access to your calendar via the secure OAuth protocol solely for the purpose of:Identifying scheduled meetings on your calendar.
Displaying meeting titles and times within the app for you to select which meeting to record.
2.2 Security
We use industry-standard OAuth 2.0 to request access. Your calendar credentials (username and password) are never shared with us or stored by the app.
Access tokens are stored locally on your device to facilitate calendar lookup.
3. Audio Recording and Processing
3.1 User Control
The application only records audio when you initiate the recording manually within the app. You have full control over when a recording starts and stops.
3.2 Local Storage
All audio recordings are stored locally on your device. The application owner has no mechanism to access these files.
4. AI Processing
4.1 Local AI Model
The application utilizes an on-device Artificial Intelligence (AI) model to:Generate accurate transcripts from the audio recordings.
Analyze the content of the transcript.
Draft and refine LinkedIn posts based on the meeting content.
4.2 Data Handling
The data used for AI processing (audio and transcripts) is processed solely within the application environment on your local device. It is not uploaded to any external servers for processing.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
5.1 Local Retention
All recorded audio, transcripts, and generated content are saved locally on your device.
5.2 Automatic Deletion Policy
Users have the option to enable an automatic deletion policy. If enabled, all meeting data (recordings, transcripts, and content) older than 30 days will be automatically and permanently deleted from your local device.
5.3 Manual Deletion
You can manually delete any recording and associated data at any time through the application interface. Deleting a meeting removes all corresponding files from your local device immediately.

Inaccuracies or errors in the content generated by the App (transcripts, summaries, etc.).
Any loss or corruption of your content, as it is locally hosted and managed by you.
